Update 3: I want to update my review to say we are still visiting Karl eight years later. I have been so disappointed so many times with other professionals like solicitors, doctors, mechanics, RGI, and contractors, where they just took my money and left me to my own devices after paying hundreds and thousands for not getting anything, simply skimming me. I found Karl when he had eighty 5 star reviews. I was curious initially, as I could not believe it; dentists and mechanics are the two professions where they cannot win, as people simply do not believe them. Now, eight years later, he still holds a 5 star rating with over two hundred reviews, which speaks volumes. He has always been after the customer and quality, and I have never experienced that he was just after the money. This is such a relief in our world, that at least there is one person I can trust one hundred percent, knowing I can rely on him amongst all the negative experiences I just mentioned. My wife and I have also seen Mark and Carla, and they are amazing as well when Karl was away. I am genuinely so happy with Karl, and I hope that patients will treat him and his team with respect, understanding, and realistic expectations. I am so grateful for having him as a dentist in our lives. I wish there were more of him in the world in other professions. Update 2: Not to go into details with the appointment and the treatment, but most certainly, I found a fantastic dentist in the person of Dr Karl Cassidy. I am really and truly impressed, and I am not easily blown away, beyond my expectation from start to finish. Everything from response time, reply from the reception, location, clinic, approach, skills, communication style, explanation of the treatment, response to my post-procedure inquiries. Most impressed with that first time, I felt a dentist is genuinely interested in the right thing to do for me. This was a great experience and looking forward to coming back.
